Revival Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly at 954 765 6808 regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition (unworn)with tags within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages, we do not ship ourselves. Copy of receipt must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all sales items, bodysuits, and accessories.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered, or washed with all original tags attached.

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can.  We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with a copy of your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
